Are you familiar with Dr. James Lindsey with "New Discourses"? Also Dr. Peter Boghossian, who was formerly employed at Portland State University. It would be incredibly powerful if you were able to connect with one or both for a long-form interview/podcast. It seems that your perspective and experience will deppen and broaden the awareness of how far and insidious this extreme left agenda has become.

Your strength in speaking up and standing your ground is deeply appreciated and so encouraging. Thank you for what you are doing.

Thank you Eadra. Yes, I am familiar with both of those men- James Lindsay's work has been very helpful to me in understanding the nature of this ideology. Thank you very much for your kind, supportive words.

Lindsay is an academic charlatan, his attempts to tie CRT etc. to Marxism are contrived and disingenuous, Adolph Reed is a much better source of information.

Adolph Reed can do that much better than me, go listen to him

I was asking you to explain further about your claim of Mr. Lindsay

Critical Race Theory is a product of the anti-Marxist critical theory that was developed after WW2 by the Frankfurt School (who actually spent a decade in the US living of donations from rich Americans and working for the US state) and others who were explicitly anti-communist, aided by Western state support. This French School, post-modernism, identity politics is all part of the same bourgeois progressive critical theory which is in opposition to a Marxism that is based upon historical materialism and class struggle, the complete opposite of the "its all culture" base of progressive critical theory. The "Cultural Marxism" trope is like calling a burger without the patty a "non-patty burger".

Gabriel Rockhill is working toward a history of the development of non-historical materialist bourgeois critical theory, an example of one of his lectures that covers this quite well. It is not easy listening but worth it:

Adolph Reed is excellent in calling out CRT for leaving the elephant in the room unseen, i.e. class. One of a series of short talks he gave for Jacobin:

Couple things. In terms of shear numbers alone, there are millions of poor and extra poor white people in America. No other race has as many poor people in it as the White race.

Hi Leslie,

I saw your whistleblowing video on youtube. It's a very clear representation of the threat to our field right now. It matches my experience and that of many of my colleagues in the mental health field. Please join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/thinking.mental.health.professionals

Sincerely,
