The bit about committing yourself to change the behaviours, thoughts, and feelings of people in our society that think differently from you is insanely authoritarian, borderline totalitarian. No attempt to understand difference, just eliminate it. Add to that the interpretation of events provided by Antioch is clearly inaccurate, and when you highlighted this they completely ignored your point (i.e. the facts) goes to show that Antioch is highly if not solely political and not interested in truth, education, or difference.
I dealt with the same things at NYU but was not brave enough to email the university president directly about his insipid editorializing. I never fail to confront it at my daughter's public school, though.
